They lie on a flat, sandy site near the Vienne River in Cravant, the vineyard has gravel in Grzeaux, giving the wine more weight and length. wine is aged in concrete tank for 15 months and bottled without filtration. Beautiful balance of dark fruit and structure. I am struck by the length that seems to continue for a surprising time. The complexity of this wine made it joyful but almost
