Aged in specially selected ex bourbon casks, it offers up aromas vanilla, aniseed, and ginger cake, leading to a light peat flavour thats buoyed by notes of tropical fruit and citrus rind. Non chill filtered, and naturally coloured, the finish is long and smouldering.
