This bead is around 200 years old

Each bead is different

graduated strand of fairly uniform rounds (shape and size) and most have bow-drilled 1-2mm holes

This can simply be used as a focal bead

Vintage Aluminum Beads, Kenya glass trade bead Excavated from Afghanistan24" strand of satin finish cast aluminum beads made in Kenya. Made from old pots and pans which were melted down and made into beads in the 1950's. Fairly uniform cornerless cube shape, 6mm diameter square rectangles. Crude satin finish. 69 beads on this strand. Last photo shows other small aluminum beads. Lightweight and very cool.
