Delikat (Czech for delicate) is a crisp, refreshing Riesling with approx. 60 grams per litre of residual sugar (SGR sixty grams residual) and low alcohol. Wonderfully aromatic with lifted cumquat blossom, honeysuckle, kaffir lime leaf and freshly peeled mandarin. The palate is dynamic, building in weight and texture while remaining light footed and lacy. Lemon sorbet, developing into lemon
