Purple & Jonquil Antique Glass Beads, 1700's reddish-orange rustic necklace made of rope4" strand of light purple and jonquil glass vaseline beads made in The Netherlands in the late 1700's early 1800's and traded in Mali, West Africa. Assorted shape, size and colors, 12 beads. Purple beads, referred to as "Television Beads" by African dealers, are very rare. Some of the beads have some calcification. Very rich subtle colors and unique shapes! Medium sizes ranging from 10 14mm diameter.
