It's got a great patina and a couple of little chips in the wood that I think just add to its character

which I imagine was custom made for the purpose

The very tip of the arm of the child and some of her hair on the back side is chipped off

made for holding a drink while mounted on horseback

Antique Corkscrew With Turned Wood Handle appetizer plate It's got a great patinaA great old corkscrew, probably late 19th early 20th century, with a nice long turned wooden handle, allowing for a good strong grip. Perfect for the home bar or throwing in a picnic basket along with a bottle of wine! 4 1 8" long, 3 1 2" across at handle, 5 8" wide. Good antique condition, with wear and some dryness light cracking to the wood (which I have not touched). Works well!
