Traxxas 10237-ORNG Steering Blocks Aluminum Orange 1.9 Wheels 88mm body lengthLeft and right steering blocks machined from aluminum with an orange anodized finish. The steering blocks carry the front wheel bearings and the steering arm, so they take cornering load, impact load, and steering input all at once. Composite blocks flex under hard cornering, which shows up as steering that feels progressively vaguer as load builds. Aluminum holds its shape, and it survives the front end impacts that crack a moulded block outright.
