The medal pinned in place to the inside front cover of its accompanying award document, marked in gold coloured ink "Diploma" in Russian on the front cover, printed in black ink with the personalized text in gold colored ink, named to "Evgenia Pavlovna Kopylova", stamped and dated November 14, 1974 at Moscow,
