A well preserved Heer M31 Zeltbahn (poncho shelter), constructed of a weather hardened cotton drill cloth base, featuring a double sided machine rolled Splittertarnmuster (Splinter Pattern) camouflage consisting of a predominantly olive drab base overlaid by irregular patterns of dark breen and dark brown, all overlaid by green splinters throughout, featuring a central reinforced collar fastening closed with two zink buttons
