Constructed of aluminum, the obverse bearing a raised SS style German national eagle clutching a wreathed swastika, set within a ribbed ring bearing an inscription of MEINE EHRE HEIT TREUE (MY HONOUR IS LOYALTY), the reverse with a loop and swivel attachment prongs, marked with a Reichszeugmeisterei (RZM) logo and maker code 36 40 for Overhoff & Cie, Ldenscheid, measuring 64 mm (w) x 48 mm (h), in near extremely fine condition.
