In 18K Gold, a delicate decoration presenting white enamel arms with multicoloured medallion depicting St. Louis, the reverse offers a three fleur de lis on a blue enamelled field, surmounted by a hollow crown, measures 43. 18mm (w) x 62. 55 mm (h), weighs 12. 43 grams including replacement ribbon, enamel damage throughout the arms and reverse medallion, a scarce decoration in very fine condition.
