Germany, Ordnungspolizei. An Enlisted Ranks Shako Plate Hold In silvered bronze and enamel(Ordnungspolizei Adler fr den Mannschaftstschako). Constructed of aluminum, the obverse consisting of a semi circular oakleaf wreath, overlaid by a German national eagle clutching a wreathed mobile swastika, the reverse with two threaded screw posts, one retaining a nut and two washers, unmarked, measuring 155 mm (w) x 80 mm (h), missing one nut, in extremely fine condition.
