Turkey, Ottoman Empire. A War Medal (Gallipoli Star) GTRexclude a 1914 Iron Cross II(Harp Madalyasi). Instituted in 1915. In bronze with red enamels, ball finials on the tips of the star points, unmarked, measuring 56 mm (w) x 64 mm (h), horizontal pinback, repair and crazing evident in the red enamels on the star point at 10 o'clock, with contact marks overall, near fine.
