Weinschwärmer 2019 Rustic & Earthy The special Opok soil providesWeinschwrmer from 2Naturkinder is named after the moth that lives around the vineyards, a delicacy for the local bats. The cuve is made of 75% Pinot Gris and 25% Riesling. The outcome is awesome: light oaky, salty, citrusy, a bit rum like, some caramel, kumquat and red currant aromas. In the nose you have sweet notes but it is super dry on the palate.
