Constructed of red cotton, both exterior edges trimmed with black cotton bands, with a central white cotton disc measuring 82 mm in diameter, bearing a multi piece black cotton mobile swastika, unmarked, measuring 175 mm (l) x 134 mm (h), with some soiling evident to the exterior, in overall better than very fine condition.
