Portrait of Ronald Collet Norman Size:XS: 25 x 20cm Knights' BridgePortrait of Ronald Collet Norman, c1918 1937. Norman (1873 1963) was a banker, administrator and politician. He served as Chairman of the London County Coumcil (1918 1919) and of the Board of Governors of the BBC (1935 1939). During the 1930s he was also Vice Chairman of the National Trust.
