Constructed of silvered zink, the obverse bearing a raised and leftward facing profile of Hermann Gring, circumscribed by inscriptions of Plakatte des Korpsfhrers des NS Fliegerkorps (Plaque of the Korpsfhrer if the National Socialist Flyers Corps) and Reichs Wettkampf der Flieger HJ 1941 (National Competition of the Flieger HJ 1941), the reverse bearing a central raised NSFK
