In silver with blue, white and green enamels, measuring 36. 2 mm (w) x 36. 2 mm (h), original ribbon, intact enamels, fine pitting evident on the white enamelled arms, near extremely fine. In its hardshelled case of issue, eagle and fasces insignia on the lid, recessed medal bed, scuffing and edge wear evident on the exterior, case better than fine.
