A Kriegsmarine Officers dagger hanger, consisting of two black rayon straps, each adjusted with a gilded aluminum buckle bearing two raised lion heads, both culminating at each end in a functional gilded aluminum spring clip, one strap measuring 41 cm in total length, the other measuring 24 cm in total length (both inclusive of hardware), both maker marked with the logo of J. C. Maedicke, Berlin, the short
