An Issue Package for a 1939 Clasp to the Iron Cross II Class, by Deschler & Sohn consisting of a blue enamelled Romanian Cross with clusters of nine gilt rays in eac (Wehrmacht Stahlhelm M40)(Umschlag fr Wiederholungsspange 1939 zum Eisernen Kreuz II. Klasse 1914). Constructed of beige paper stock, the exterior bearing an inscription of SPANGE ZUM EISERNEN KREUZ 2. KLASSE 1939 and a makers mark of DESCHLER & SOHN, MNCHEN, measuring 60 mm (w) x 106 mm (h), demonstrating only minor material fatigue, in extremely fine condition.
