Constructed of a light blue rayon cloth base, the exterior trimmed along both the top and bottom edges with a white rayon tresse, bearing a central machine embroidered first pattern Reichsluftschutzbund (Reich Air Protection League RLB) insignia, marked 30 on the seam, measuring 21 cm (w) x 10. 5 cm (h) when folded on a flat surface, demonstrating some soiling and bleeding of the blue dye onto the
