In silver with blue enamels, unmarked, measuring 42 mm (w) x 54. 5 mm (h) inclusive of its Andean condor suspension, intact enamels, very light contact, large rosette affixed to its original ribbon, near extremely fine. Footnote: The Order of Merit was instituted on September 4, 1906 and is awarded for meritorious service provided by foreigners to the Republic of Chile, in five grades: Grand
