Germany, HJ. A Mint Senior Medical Orderly Sleeve Insignia visually-hidden reverse illustrating a hand with(rmelabzeichen HJ Feldscher). Constructed of white rayon, the obverse bearing a central red machine embroidered Algiz rune, situated within a green and white oval border, the reverse retaining a fully intact Reichszeugmeisterei (RZM) label bearing a makers code of A4 226 for an unidentified manufacturer, measuring 53 mm (w) x 63 mm (h), in unissued and near mint condition.
