Vintage 1930/40’s Lace Blouse Modern Hat Waist: 28”Now heres one that gets prettier and prettier the more you look at it. Gorgeous cropped blouse presumably from the late 1930s, early 1940s. Some intriguing features on this one, including a ruffled collar, snap closure and glass geometric buttons. A little bit of stretch given the material.
