A Heer Officers breast eagle, constructed of a card green wool base, the obverse bearing a layer of dark green rayon threading, overlaid by a machine embroidered silver aluminum wire Wehrmacht eagle clutching a wreathed mobile swastika, unmarked, measuring 110 mm (w) x 50 mm (h), in uniform removed and extremely fine condition. 2. A Russian Liberation Army sleeve insignia, constructed of
