In silver with red and white enamels, gilt cypher of Carol I on the obverse centrepiece, measuring 37. 7 mm (w) x 56. 5 mm (h) inclusive of its crown suspension, light crazing evident in the white enamels on the reverse centepiece, otherwise the enamels are intact, on an original ribbon with hook and eye, near extremely fine.
