Chibu 2023 Elegant & Mineral it has citrus fruitsChibu is made from about 20 different grape varieties ( 80% red and 20% white) coming from a 60 years old vineyard. The wine is made without any addition of sulfites, the producers added dried chestnut blossoms to the crushed grapes instead. The bright red is summery and fruity with notes of cherry, raspberry, strawberry and sage.
