Constructed of silvered bronze with enamels, consisting of a Cross Patte, the obverse bearing a central W monogram surrounded by institution reinstitution dates 1813, 1870, and 1914, topped by a crown, the reverse with a horizontal pinback, unmarked, measuring 32 mm (w) x 32 mm (h), in extremely fine condition.
