A Pre-First World War 55Th Prussian Regiment Dress Shoulder Board Newly Listed unmarked but typical badge byUpper in steel blue wool overlying a white cotton base, wrapped around a thin wooden frame, red embroidered "55" in the centre, stitched in place on the reverse via black threading, with a strip of navy blue wool glued in place on the reverse, 49. 5 mm x 131. 5 mm, mothing evident, very fine.
