Hannover, Kingdom. A Langensalza Medal, By Heinrich Jauner, Named To W. Heine Buy Now J INGLLTON H(Langensalza Medaille). Instituted 27 June 1866 by King Georg V. (1866 1898 issue). Constructed of gilded bronze, on loop for suspension from its period original ribbon, the obverse with a leftward facing profile of King Georg V, circumscribed by name and title, the reverse with an inscription of LANGENSALZA 27. JUNI 1866, within a laurel wreath, the obverse maker marked JAUNER for the Vienna based medalist, the edge engraved with a recipients named
