In bronze gilt with red enamels, obverse inscribed "HUY CHNG HUU NGHI!" backed by a fortress wall, with a cog wheel below and framed by wheat sheaves, with the Democratic Republic of Vietnam flag above, reverse impressed with the acronym "V.
