The Stationers' Almanack for 1769 Size:L: 75 x 60cm west out of Milton StreetThe Stationers' Almanack for 1769, c1768. Including a calendar below. Above is Caius Gabriel Cibber's allegorical relief on the west side of Monument's base. It depicts Charles II with his retinue coming to the ruined City of London's aid. In the background behind the City people run from burning houses, behind the King workmen on scaffolding rebuild the houses.
