Constructed of black rayon, the obverse bearing a machine embroidered silver aluminum wire SS style German national eagle clutching a wreathed mobile swastika, unmarked, measuring 110 mm (w) x 50 mm (h), demonstrating minor soiling of the cloth material which does not intrude onto the eagle itself, in unissued and near mint condition.
