Constructed of bronze, consisting of a Maltese Cross, the obverse with pebbled arms, with a central mobile swastika within dual rings, the arms joined by Luftwaffe style German national eagles clutching mobile swastikas, the reverse with a block hinge and banjo style pinback meeting a rounded catch, unmarked but with the physical characteristics of manufacture by C. E. Juncker, Berlin, measuring 54. 75 mm (w) x 55.
