Constructed of aluminum, the obverse bearing a central raised NSKK insignia, topped by an identification number of 2193, and flanked by an inscription of NSKK VERKEHRS ERZIEHUNGSDIENST (NSKK TRAFFIC EDUCATION SERVIE), with domed studs affixed to the top corners, the reverse with two loops affixed to the studs which retain a full length replacement neck chain, with an
