The original document was issued on January 12, 1943, but was lost, with this being the replacement document issued on March 1943. It is signed by a Captain and Flight Commander of the Aufklrer Gruppe Staffel 2 towards the bottom, with the matching seal towards the bottom left. The document measures 214 mm x 305 mm, slightly wrinkled and previously folded, in
