Constructed of coppered bronze, the obverse consisting of a central swastika, circumscribed by inscriptions of GAUTAG OSTHANNOVER (EAST HANOVER GAU DAY) and IM JAHRE DER NATIONALSOZIAL. EHREBUNG (IN THE YEAR OF THE NATIONAL SOCIALIST RISING), topped by a Hanoverian horse and date of 1933, the reverse with a horizontal pinback, unmarked, measuring 44 mm (w) x 53 mm (h), in extremely fine condition.
