Germany, Luftwaffe. A Rare General’s Cape Eagle visually-hidden oveerlaid by central Sig runes(Luftwaffe groer Adler fr Umhang der General). Constructed of a dark grey blue wool base, the obverse bearing a Luftwaffe eagle clutching a wreathed mobile swastika, executed in intricate and multi layered gold bullion wire, the reverse retaining a fully intact dark grey blue paper stock liner, unmarked, measuring 190 mm (w) x 110 mm (h), a rare and striking example in extremely fine condition.
