Turkey, Ottoman Empire. A Crimea War Medal 1854-1856 consisting of a blue enamelled Romanian Cross with clusters of nine gilt rays in eac one with a button hole(Krm Harbi Madalyas). Instituted in 1855. In silver, reverse inscribed "CRIMEA", measuring 37 mm in diameter, worn on original ribbon, light wear and small edge nicks, very fine condition.
