Constructed of silver, the obverse bearing a raised and crowned monogram of Kaiser Wilhelm II, the reverse bearing a raised inscription of ANNABURG DEN 3 AUGUST 1889, set within a circular oak leaf wreath, unmarked, measuring 29. 36 mm in diameter, weighing 15. 9 grams, in extremely fine condition.
