Germany, Imperial. An Air Gunner Badge, Veteran’s Replacement Piece C. 1925 Hold written to his wife(Fliegerschtzenabzeichen). Constructed of silvered bronze, the obverse consisting of an oval laurel and oak leaf wreath, joined together at the bottom by a bow tie ribbon, topped by a German State Crown, around a central depiction of a German national eagle clutching a bullseye target, the reverse with a clip hinge and vertical pinback meeting a small flat wire catch, unmarked, measuring 45. 52 mm (w) x 74. 58 mm (h), weighing 14. 2 grams, with some
