In silver, the obverse presenting the left facing profile of Leopold II, the reverse center has been engraved C. Chibert, the medal is suspended from a crown, measures 26. 5mm (w) x 46. 5mm (h including crown), weighs 9. 0 grams (including ribbon), worn on original ribbon, light wear, suspension slightly bent, in very fine condition.
