Sauvage Distillery Upstate Kosher Vodka 750ml Cosmopolitan PORTUGAL : UPPER DOUROUSA : NEW YORK : SCHOHARIE COUNTY 100% NY State Apples LIGHT, FRESH APPLE, CREAMY, SOFT FLORAL, CLEAN Made at Sauvage Distillery on a 25 acre farm in Charlotteville, Schoharie County, using apples sourced from Hudson Valley orchards some trees over 100 years old. Each 750ml bottle is distilled from 7080 apples, fermented with Kosher yeast in a process that takes three times as long as grain fermentation, then twice distilled in column stills.
