Soil: Volcanic soil. Sandy loam structure. Presence of basalt stones with calcareous profiles well incorporated to the structure of the soil. The soil at the base of volcanoes is fertile. It is full of minerals, and vines that grow on them produce wines rich in texture and flavour. The wine is characterized by good complexity and
