Constructed of red wool, trimmed along both the top and bottom edges with white rayon piping, bordered by red rayon tresses overlaid with machine embroidered gold bullion wire oak leaves, in turn set within lengths of gold bullion wire piping, bearing a central white rayon disc surrounded by a gold bullion wire border, overlaid by a multi piece black rayon swastika, similarly trimmed with gold bullion wire piping, the interior
