Instituted 24 December 1831 by King Anton and Regent Friedrich August II. (1868 1874 issue). Constructed of bronze, on loop for suspension from its period original ribbon, the obverse combined monograms of King Anton and Regent Friedrich August II, within a laurel and oak leaf wreath, the reverse with an inscription of FR LANGE U. GUTE DIENSTE (FOR LONG AND GOOD SERVICE), unmarked, measuring 29. 13 mm in diameter,
