Dated to February 22, 1817 and signed in black ink by Franz I of Austria (formerly Franz II, last emperor of the Holy Roman Empire). Measuring 705 mm (w) x 545 mm (h), presenting three folding creases, light overall warping, and localised thinning of the parchment in a few
