the obverse presenting with a central medallion composed of a Gold relief of Duke Albrecht III of Saxony inside a blue enameled ring bearing the Order’s Motto of “ALBERTUS ANIMOSUS” (“Albert the Merciful”)

Germany, Luftwaffe. An Officer’s Belt Buckle, by F.W. Assmann & Söhne Heer. A Flak/Artillery Hauptmann’s Service Tunic Instituted 5 December 1841 by(Luftwaffe Grtelschnalle fr Offiziere). Constructed of aluminum, the obverse consisting of an oval oak leaf wreath, joined together at the bottom by ribbon, surrounding a central raised and bronzed Luftwaffe eagle clutching a mobile swastika, situated over a pebbled background, the reverse with two clips, one of which retains a loop, maker marked with the logo of F. W. Assmann & Shne, Ldenscheid, measuring 58 mm (w) x 50 mm (h), in extremely fine
