Constructed of bronzed magnetic metal, consisting of a shield bearing a map of Krim (Crimea) topped by a Wehrmacht eagle clutching a wreathed mobile swastika, flanked by dates 1941 1941, the reverse with intact attachment prongs connecting the shield to a field grey wool patch, the shield measuring 52 mm (w) x 62 mm (h), in near mint condition.
