Constructed of silver, on loop for suspension from its period original ribbon, the obverse with a monogram of King Friedrich Wilhelm III, the reverse with an inscription of VERDIENST UM DEN STAAT, inside of a laurel wreath, unmarked, measuring 39. 30 mm in diameter, weighing 22. 7 grams, in extremely fine condition.
